Chipotle: In Stockton, California, Chipotle offers a huge burrito for under $6. I had a burrito, and it was delicious! Remember to go buy one!

Serving vegan tacos – Baja tofu, soy chorizo, nopales (cactus) spicy potato grilled mushroom, chayote squash, refried beans, Spanish rice, chips, salsa bar, etc.

Mysore Masala Dosa, at Kaveri Madras Cuisine:1148 Fulton Avenue, Ste A, (916) 481-9970, serving “Dosa” a south Indian specialty, crispy, savory, golden crepe made with fermented letnil flour (rolled into 2 foot long cylinder. There is a mélange of spices in Mysore chutney that coats interior of this tasty tunnel. Masala is served with golden potatoes, onions, peas, carrots, mustard, and seeds ($8). Dip in mint, red pepper, and coconut chutneys, and “sambar” is a spicy lentil soup.
